Sanjiv is very active in the PanIIT community. He serves on the IIT Delhi USA executive committee leading the IIT Delhi Alumni Entrepreneur Mentoring program. He has organized PanIIT conferences (Co-chair, PanIIT 2007). Sanjiv supports children focus charities.
Amit Kumar- COO
Amit Kumar co-founded Droisys Inc. in 2003. Mr. Kumar is a savvy entrepreneur having strong business acumen and customer interaction experience. Mr. Kumar is experienced in technology services industry for more than a decade, primarily Operations Management, Human Resources and People Management.
Mr. Kumar focuses on Educating, advising, and influencing on issues involving employee relations, employee development, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development and development & execution of action plans to achieve goals. Mr. Kumar also overlooks customer relationship management and customer development.
Mr. Kumar attended San Francisco State University Business School for Graduate studies.
Alok Goel- EVP
Mr. Alok Goel serves as Executive Vice President overseeing recruitment delivery for the of DROISYS, soon to be a $100M Global IT solutions provider. Mr. Alok Goel played a critical leadership role in globalizing recruitment operations, providing round-the-clock candidate sourcing, as well as full-scale recruiting.
Alok holds an B.E. from MIT and attended Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper Business School for MBA Program.

Drew Martin, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, Sony Electronics
Drew Martin is senior vice president and chief information officer for Sony Electronics and is responsible for developing and implementing SEL’s information technology strategy in support of the company’s goals.
Before his current role, Martin worked closely with the service platform, direct business and professional business groups as well as corporate functions such as purchasing, legal and security to ensure day-to-day support for business operations and delivery of investment projects. He was instrumental during the business transformation of Sony Electronics’ supply-chain and was recognized for his efforts with the President’s Award.
Before joining Sony, Martin managed selling systems at PepsiCo and before that he was a consultant at the Accenture consulting firm.
Martin graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. He is also on the Information Technology Advisory Board for Sharp Healthcare.
Anil Kejriwal, Founder, Edseva Software
Anil is a Director on EdSeva's board as well as an investor in the company. He brings on board over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience that has spanned a range of industries and countries, and a strong networking lobby. Anil was the founder and promoter of Ramtech Industries, which earned numerous Government of India accolades in the 1980s for its pioneering efforts in computer manufacturing and systems integration at the Falta Free Trade Zone in West Bengal, and for achieving the highest computer export volumes.
These exports catered primarily to the European markets and the supply chains were supported via logistics hubs established in Kolkata, Chennai, Busan, Taipei, Singapore, Amsterdam, Vladivostok and Riga by a subsidiary of Ramtech Industries. In addition, Anil was one of the first to conceptualize and construct plug-and-play software technology parks in India, under the brand names 'Logix Park' in Noida, U.P., and 'Asyst Park' in Salt Lake (Kolkata), West Bengal.
Anil holds stake in ventures based in healthcare systems, infrastructure development and logistics domains. His investment in Edseva brings him into the e-learning sector, which he aims to support through strategic advisories and implementation, and consolidation of his strong professional networks. Anil holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from IIT Kanpur and is a citizen of Singapore.
Dan Chang, Scientist, IBM Research Lab
Dan has 20 years experience in architectural and developing software products, technologies and standards for enterprises in the area of business intelligence, XML, modeling tools, semantics tools, object data access and expert systems. He has 10 years experience in teaching enterprise software technologies at graduate schools.
Dan helped develop a number of OMG standards including CWM (Common Warehouse Metamodel), ODM (Ontology Definition Metamodel) and OPS (Object Persistence Service).
He is a co-author of three books including Common Warehouse Metamodel: An Introduction to the Standard for Data Warehouse Integration. He has numerous patents and publications.
Jeffrey W. Hunter, Founder & Managing Member, Access America Group, LLC
With over 20 years experience in management, technology and professional services, Mr. Hunter is consistently recognized as a top performer in business planning, marketing, sales, professional services consulting practices and implementation.
Born and educated in the US, Mr. Hunter is a technically sophisticated executive whose broad experience across many industries, management experience in both client and vendor environments combine uniquely in a solid understanding of both delivery and end-user perspectives.
Mr. Hunter's career spans a variety of Fortune 500 companies including The Hartford, Deere & Company, Baxter Healthcare and Allegiance Healthcare, service providers such as BellSouth Wireless Data, Sears Business Systems, Ram Mobile Data and Inacom, and software developer Clientsoft, Inc.
He holds a Bachelors of Business (Cum Laude) from Western Illinois University.
Shum Mukherjee, Chief Financial Officer, OpenTV
Shum Mukherjee is currently EVP and CFO of OpenTV responsible for Accounting and Reporting, Strategic planning and analysis, Treasury, Tax, Audit, Investor relations, Facilities, IT and Program Management.
Prior to joining OpenTV, Shum served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Genus, Inc., a semiconductor equipment company then publicly-traded on NASDAQ, responsible for Finance, IT and Operations. Before that, he served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller for E*Trade Group, as well as Chief Financial Officer for E*Trade International. In addition, Mukherjee also served in various financial roles for Raychem Corporation, including Worldwide Group Controller.
Shum holds a Masters degree in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management, a Masters in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier’s College, India.
