Sanjiv Goyal - CEO
Mr. Goyal has served as CEO of Droisys since its inception in 2003. He has a unique sales and business development and management background both here in the US and internationally. He has functioned as CEO, Director, VP, and Project Manager to many successful organizations (Ebsavvy, Baynet, Amphion, Droisys, IBM, Autonation, Mastech, GMS, RMS); Globally (US, Austria, Singapore, Malaysia and India) driving corporate strategy, sales planning, business development, project management and providing direction in determining creative solutions to customers.
Mr. Goyal started his career in technology working for strategic staffing providers where he developed a keen sense in managing the staffing needs of large corporate customers and projects. He has extensive international business experience in strategic planning, joint ventures and international transactions in the United States and India. He has investments in technology start-ups here in the US, and is also Sr. Director and Angel Investor for Vriti and other organizations.
Over the past 6 years, he has developed relationships with many C-Level executives that are now part of the Droisys network. Customers trust Droisys to engineer solutions that offer superior value and meet their specific growth objectives while delivering value. This ever-expanding, daily contact with customers provides important benefits to the company. Mr. Goyal gains access to business opportunities by taking advantage of his relationships and track record. By creatively structuring selling approaches in a timely manner, he has played a significant role in the growth of Droysis.
Mr. Goyal holds an M Tech from IIT in Delhi, India and a BE from JMI in India.
Amit Kumar- COO
Amit Kumar is in technology services industry for last 15 years. He is very savvy entrepreneur and co-founder of Droisys Inc.
Amit holds MBA degree from San Francisco State University.
Alok Goel- EVP
Alok Goel has 15 years of experience in information technology and is Executive Vice President of Sales and Services for DROISYS. In addition to his role of Professional Services Division at DROISYS.
Mr. Alok Goel serves as Executive Vice President overseeing recruitment delivery for the of DROISYS, soon to be a $100M Global IT solutions provider. Mr. Alok Goel played a critical leadership role in globalizing recruitment operations, providing round-the-clock candidate sourcing, as well as full-scale recruiting.

Dean Lane - CIO
Dean Lane has nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in the IT industry, and has been CIO for four different companies: Allied-Signal, Morton-Thiokol, Plantronics, and Masters Institute of Technology. In addition, he held the positions of Senior IT Director at Symantec and Corporate Director of Materials at Allied-Signal. Dean has also been a consultant for Ernst & Young, AT&T and the Gartner Group. His experience is global, and he is considered an expert on outsourcing/offshoring.
Dean obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California (UCLA) and his MBA from National University. He serves on the advisory boards for the Society of Information Management and SFSU Center for Electroni Business. He is an active member of Executive World, the Project Management Institute, APICS, the CIO Collective, and is Past President of SIM Silicon Valley Chapter. He has written two books, CIO Wisdom and CIO Perspectives. Dean speaks internationally, has consulted with Ehud Barak (Israeli Defense Minister), and is a highly decorated US Naval Officer.
Khushi Agarwal - CFO
Kushi Agarwal has been in the finance industry for the last 10 years. She has extensive understanding of SOX compliance, and has consulted with Zhone, Trinet and several other
large organizations.
Kushi is CPA and holds a Management degree from Indore.

Pavan Mandhani, CEO at Mobifusion
Mobifusion, Inc. is a global developer, publisher and distributor of mobile applications and technologies. Pavan has been in the Information Technology Industry for more than 2 decades. Prior to founding Mobifusion, he was CTO of GlobalCenter, Unexplored Travel Network and its websites, unexplored.com and inntopia.com. He was responsible for developing strategies and goals for their advanced Internet technology as well as participating in the decision and implementation of the Company's technological infrastructure.
Mandhani has a Masters of Science degree in both computer science and industrial and manufacturing systems engineering from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from India.

Board Of Advisors
Anil Kejriwal Anil is a Director on EdSeva's board as well as an investor in the company. He brings on board over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience that has spanned a range of industries and countries, and a strong networking lobby. Anil was the founder and promoter of Ramtech Industries, which earned numerous Government of India accolades in the 1980s for its pioneering efforts in computer manufacturing and systems integration at the Falta Free Trade Zone in West Bengal, and for achieving the highest computer export volumes.
These exports catered primarily to the European markets and the supply chains were supported via logistics hubs established in Kolkata, Chennai, Busan, Taipei, Singapore, Amsterdam, Vladivostok and Riga by a subsidiary of Ramtech Industries. In addition, Anil was one of the first to conceptualize and construct plug-and-play software technology parks in India, under the brand names 'Logix Park' in Noida, U.P., and 'Asyst Park' in Salt Lake (Kolkata), West Bengal.
Anil holds stake in ventures based in healthcare systems, infrastructure development and logistics domains. His investment in Edseva brings him into the e-learning sector, which he aims to support through strategic advisories and implementation, and consolidation of his strong professional networks.
Anil holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from IIT Kanpur and is a citizen of Singapore.
Dan Chang, Scientist at IBM Research Lab
Dan has 20 years experience in architectural and developing software products, technologies and standards for enterprises in the area of business intelligence, XML, modeling tools, semantics tools, object data access and expert systems. He has 10 years experience in teaching enterprise software technologies at graduate schools.
Dan helped develop a number of OMG standards including CWM (Common Warehouse Metamodel), ODM (Ontology Definition Metamodel) and OPS (Object Persistence Service). He is a co-author of three books including Common Warehouse Metamodel: An Introduction to the Standard for Data Warehouse Integration. He has numerous patents and publications.
Jeffrey W. Hunter, Founder & Managing Partner
With over 20 years experience in management, technology and professional services, Mr. Hunter is consistently recognized as a top performer in business planning, marketing, sales, professional services consulting practices and implementation.
Born and educated in the US, Mr. Hunter is a technically sophisticated executive whose broad experience across many industries, management experience in both client and vendor environments combine uniquely in a solid understanding of both delivery and end-user perspectives.
Mr. Hunter's career spans a variety of Fortune 500 companies including The Hartford, Deere & Company, Baxter Healthcare and Allegiance Healthcare, service providers such as BellSouth Wireless Data, Sears Business Systems, Ram Mobile Data and Inacom, and software developer Clientsoft, Inc.
He holds a Bachelors of Business (Cum Laude) from Western Illinois University.
Andrew Marks, Vice President, Vice President, Client Services at Intacct Corporation

He has in-depth experience with building and running successful and profitable service operations. He has keen decision-making, problem resolution, analytical and negotiation skills and in-depth experience providing solution development and project management skills for large enterprise software implementations.

Shum Mukherjee, Chief Financial Officer
Shum Mukherjee is currently EVP and CFO of OpenTV responsible for Accounting and Reporting, Strategic planning and analysis, Treasury, Tax, Audit, Investor relations, Facilities, IT and Program Management.
Prior to joining OpenTV, Shum served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Genus, Inc., a semiconductor equipment company then publicly-traded on NASDAQ, responsible for Finance, IT and Operations. Before that, he served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller for E*Trade Group, as well as Chief Financial Officer for E*Trade International. In addition, Mukherjee also served in various financial roles for Raychem Corporation, including Worldwide Group Controller.
Shum holds a Masters degree in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management, a Masters in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier’s College, India.
