Sanjiv Goyal – CEO

Sanjiv Goyal is the CEO and President of Droisys, which he co-founded in 2003. Mr. Goyal brings over 15 years of management, business expertise and sales experience.

Under Mr. Goyal’s leadership Droisys established it’s presence in the US market and expanded globally. In the recent several years, the company ventured into the European and Latin American markets, and entered new verticals like mobile services.

Since the company’s establishment, Mr. Goyal’s goal was a reputation for excellence. He committed to customer satisfaction, innovation, and high quality and timeliness of the deliverables. As a result, Droisys became the “Go-To” partner for businesses seeking technology solutions.

Mr. Goyal focused on building and maintaining a disciplined operational infrastructure for Droisys. This approach allowed the company to form alliances as well as make strategic investments into other technology start-ups in the U.S and India.

Prior to Drosys, Mr. Goyal held positions of a CEO, Director, Vice President and Project Manager in many successful organizations, including IBM, Autonation, Mastech, GM, and RMS. He managed teams responsible for corporate strategy, business development, project management, and finding creative solutions, serving customers in the US, Austria, Singapore, Malaysia and India.

Mr. Goyal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University and a Master’s degree in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Delhi, India.

Mr. Goyal is a passionate participant in PanIIT community and in children-focused charitable organizations. Since 2006, Mr. Goyal has been a member of the IIT Delhi Alumni US executive committee, and, since 2007, he has been leading the IIT Delhi Alumni Entrepreneur Mentoring Program. In 2007 Mr. Goyal served as a Co-Chair of PanIIT.

Amit Kumar – COO

Amit Kumar co-founded Droisys Inc. in 2003. Mr. Kumar is a savvy entrepreneur having strong business acumen and customer interaction experience. Mr. Kumar is experienced in technology services industry for more than a decade, primarily Operations Management, Human Resources and People Management.

Mr. Kumar focuses on Educating, advising, and influencing on issues involving employee relations, employee development, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development and development & execution of action plans to achieve goals. Mr. Kumar also overlooks customer relationship management and customer development.

Mr. Kumar attended San Francisco State University Business School for Graduate studies.

Shum Mukherjee – CFO

Shum Mukherjee has been in Silicon Valley for the last 25 years and has held a variety of roles in Finance, Operations and IT. He has been CFO of three NASDAQ listed public companies – Immersion, OpenTV and Genus. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller for E*Trade Group, as well as Chief Financial Officer for E*Trade International. large organizations.

Shum holds a Masters degree in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management, a Masters in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier’s College, India.

Dean Lane – CIO

Dean Lane has nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in the IT industry, and has been CIO for four different companies: Allied-Signal, Morton-Thiokol, Plantronics, and Masters Institute of Technology. In addition, he held the positions of Senior IT Director at Symantec and Corporate Director of Materials at Allied-Signal. Dean has also been a consultant for Ernst & Young, AT&T and the Gartner Group. His experience is global, and he is considered an expert on outsourcing/offshoring.

Dean obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California (UCLA) and his MBA from National University. He serves on the advisory boards for the Society of Information Management and SFSU Center for Electroni Business. He is an active member of Executive World, the Project Management Institute, APICS, the CIO Collective, and is Past President of SIM Silicon Valley Chapter. He has written two books, CIO Wisdom and CIO Perspectives. Dean speaks internationally, has consulted with Ehud Barak (Israeli Defense Minister), and is a highly decorated US Naval Officer.

Alok Goel – EVP & Country Head (India)

Alok Goel has 15 years of experience in information technology and is Executive Vice President of Sales and Services for DROISYS. In addition to his role of Professional Services Division at DROISYS.

Mr. Alok Goel serves as Executive Vice President overseeing recruitment delivery for the of DROISYS, soon to be a $100M Global IT solutions provider. Mr. Alok Goel played a critical leadership role in globalizing recruitment operations, providing round-the-clock candidate sourcing, as well as full-scale recruiting.

Alok holds an B.E. from MIT and attended Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper Business School for MBA Program.

Pavan Mandhani, CEO, Mobifusion

Pavan Mandhani Management Team

Mobifusion, Inc. is a global developer, publisher and distributor of mobile applications and technologies. Pavan has been in the Information Technology Industry for more than 2 decades. Prior to founding Mobifusion, he was CTO of GlobalCenter, Unexplored Travel Network and its websites, unexplored.com and inntopia.com. He was responsible for developing strategies and goals for their advanced Internet technology as well as participating in the decision and implementation of the Company’s technological infrastructure.

Mandhani has a Masters of Science degree in both computer science and industrial and manufacturing systems engineering from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from India.

Drew Martin, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, DriveCam

Drew Martin Management Team

Mr. Martin is responsible for the company’s network services including DriveCam Online software-as-a-service, predictive analytics, and in-vehicle event recorders and devices. As CIO, Mr. Martin is also responsible for all internal systems and infrastructure, as well as DriveCam’s information security.

Prior to joining DriveCam, Mr. Martin was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Sony Electronics where he was responsible for defining and implementing Sony Electronics’ information technology strategy. Before Sony, Mr. Martin was the Director of IT for Sales and Operations at PepsiCo. There he was responsible for delivering mobile solutions for Pepsi’s international sales force and fleet of vehicles. Prior to PepsiCo, he was a consulting manager with Accenture. Through his experiences, he’s established a track record of leading teams to create world-class solutions and services for large enterprises.

Mr. Martin graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. He is on the Information Technology Advisory Board for Sharp Healthcare.

Anil Kejriwal, Founder, Edseva Software

Anil Kejriwal Management Team

Anil is a Director on EdSeva’s board as well as an investor in the company. He brings on board over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience that has spanned a range of industries and countries, and a strong networking lobby. Anil was the founder and promoter of Ramtech Industries, which earned numerous Government of India accolades in the 1980s for its pioneering efforts in computer manufacturing and systems integration at the Falta Free Trade Zone in West Bengal, and for achieving the highest computer export volumes.

These exports catered primarily to the European markets and the supply chains were supported via logistics hubs established in Kolkata, Chennai, Busan, Taipei, Singapore, Amsterdam, Vladivostok and Riga by a subsidiary of Ramtech Industries. In addition, Anil was one of the first to conceptualize and construct plug-and-play software technology parks in India, under the brand names ‘Logix Park’ in Noida, U.P., and ‘Asyst Park’ in Salt Lake (Kolkata), West Bengal.

Anil holds stake in ventures based in healthcare systems, infrastructure development and logistics domains. His investment in Edseva brings him into the e-learning sector, which he aims to support through strategic advisories and implementation, and consolidation of his strong professional networks. Anil holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from IIT Kanpur and is a citizen of Singapore.

Dan Chang, Scientist, IBM Research Lab

Dan Chang Management Team

Dan has 20 years experience in architectural and developing software products, technologies and standards for enterprises in the area of business intelligence, XML, modeling tools, semantics tools, object data access and expert systems. He has 10 years experience in teaching enterprise software technologies at graduate schools.

Dan helped develop a number of OMG standards including CWM (Common Warehouse Metamodel), ODM (Ontology Definition Metamodel) and OPS (Object Persistence Service).

He is a co-author of three books including Common Warehouse Metamodel: An Introduction to the Standard for Data Warehouse Integration. He has numerous patents and publications.
