Delivery Models

In an unpredictable economy businesses need to counteract changes in the trends with flexible and innovative business strategies, policies and practices. In an ongoing effort to be an IT Services Partner in the true sense Droisys tries to work with great adaptability to meet the needs of time frames, budget constraints and other special requirements. We strive to offer the flexibility that best accomodates the business requirements, strategies, policies and practices of our client's organization.

Time and Material
The Team Task model offers our clients the flexibility to alter specifications and requirements based on upcoming market trends and changes in business strategies and policies. Droisys builds project teams with the required team members and infrastructure facilities based on client's project requirements. In this model the team composition, size and infrastructure facilities can be altered to balance work loads and change in requirements. Clients pay a fee based on the size and composition of the team. The client has better control over optimizing the project duration and cost through this model.

Fixed Time
The Fixed Time model transforms into a perfect choice when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. In this model Droisys works with their clients to clearly define the requirements and specifications for the project. By carrying out a detailed analysis of the requirements and specifications, Droisys lays out a well defined roadmap for deliverables and schedules which is mutually agreed upon. This model assures on-target delivery of projects in a fixed budget.

Joint Development Model
In this model Droisys invests and shares the risk of development of software products and systems. Through the Great Gamble model Droisys enters into a contract where both the client and Droisys invest in the cost of development and marketing of the software product and jointly own the Intellectual Properties as well as share revenues and licensing fees.

Extended Offshore Development Center Model (EODC)
In this model Droisys sets up and operates dedicated IT units at our offshore development facility in India which serves as an extension of our client's in-house IT development facility. With this model we offer our clients the flexibility and convenience of an in-house IT setup with the cost advantage of an offshore software company. The IT unit will be fully aligned with the processes and standards of the client's organization and cater the needs of our client's organization exclusively. The IT unit will consist of professionals that are interviewed and approved by our clients. Through this model we partner with our clients to replace their IT environment and ensure that the offshore IT unit is a seamless extension of their development facility. Through this model concerned personnel can also be transferred to the client's site for specific project durations.
